Shrub ID please

Hello

Can anyone tell me what this shrub is:

It grows in mostly partial shade, facing west-ish.

It has grown straight then waterfalled over - Is this normal?

    Looks like Jasminum Nudiflorum, winter flowering jasmine. The growth habit is normal.



    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
