Plant ID please

Hi!

Another plant ID please 

It has yellow flowers (which have now dried up) - would like to know if i need to do anything right now, and how to take care of it:

    It's one of the Euphorbias - there are many
    It may be this one
    The white milky sap is a skin irritant, so be careful when you cut the stems back

    You've also got bindweed; that needs untangling and digging out every piece of root.

    Cut the flowered stems of the Euphorbia back to the base.

    Thank you! - I will try to find out which one...it had yellow flowers if that helps!
