Plant ID help please!

Hi all, I need some help identifying a gorgeous solitary flower that appeared in my garden. It's now gone (only lasted a few weeks) but I'm unable to find anything quite the same - it's similar loosely to the acidantherus (?) but i can't find one with the stripe on the back. The leaves were thin and long like grass??

I'll take a look - thank you! It's the pink on the back that makes it so unusual I think. I took the photo at the end of June.

That's it! Wow thank you @Alan Clark2 - the previous owners were South African 🤔 - but there is literally one plant! I'd best keep it safe! Brilliant 😀
