Disease on Leaf?

Hi there. I've just noticed that the leaves on my hydrangea paniculata pinky winky look like this. are they ok or do they have some type ofdisease on them. Many thanks for your help.

    My guess would be a bit of sun scorch.
    Do you have a photo of the whole plant?

  • Hi Pete. yes you could be right. It is east facing and with the hot weather the sun could be affecting it. Ill include a photo of whole plant

    I have a vanille fraise (a cousin of your plant) some of the top leaves have the same.
    Too much sun all round this year...
