They're lovely plants and keep going well into autumn. I find if the winter is mild they often pop up in the pots again in the spring, so you could keep that one going with a bit of luck - the same goes for the bacopa in front of it.

Love it - I find it has a scent reminiscent of primroses and always have one in a pot on the outside table in summer. I didn't know it can overwinter if it's mild - good to know.

Good info Pete, I will take care of it in hope it survives if not I will definitely plant several tubs next year, my daughter put me on to Bacopa normally white but found pretty lilac one at GC. Obelixx hope you get some seeds I will see how they seed and try to collect. Our weather continues to play havoc with the garden still no rain and non on the horizon. Oh well back to the watering cans!
This plant seems to be getting popular at least where I live (West of France). You can see it everywhere in planters in the street. Here's a pic of mine. I've checked and the seeds are really tiny.
I love it and grew it from saved seed last year but it never got as big as the plants I bought from the gArden centre- when I asked how they got there's so mature early in the season they said they use special light lamps. I couldn't buy any this year - everywhere sold out
I've successfully grown it from seed, it's one of those you have to start early to give it time to develop, like Lobelia. It comes in a mauvy pink shade too, if a different colour effect is needed.
