My best guess would be a Datura hybrid like Datura metel.

Do you know what I need to do with the pods that are growing ? I know it’s posionous and need to wear gloves but do I cut the pods out? I looked on the internet but not finding anything.

If you want to keep getting more flowers then I would remove the pods.  However, I think they are quite attractive in their own right, so perhaps leave a few at the end of the season?  As far as I know they are annuals, so you'll need to collect the seed from ripe pods if you want to grow them again.

I think datura are difficult to grow from seed. I picked up a ripe seed pod last year and planted the seeds but no germination. Those seed pods look amazing.

I think they need heat to germinate. Strangely I have had Jimson weed, Datura stramonium  grow in my garden this year. They haven't been here for 25 years to my knowledge, but they just popped up in a sunny spot.

If you don't want those seed pods after ripening, I'd be happy to have one @Ees01.
