My runners are a real flop this year. How did you do?

  I have about 40 runner beans about 8ft or more high - presently there is one bean in total and no flowers

  I've picked and frozen another lot today, the same as in the picture above ... I only have about 18 plants at the most ... I'm keeping them watered ... a really good soaking every other day.

  Mine are still producing, this is the third day in a row to get this many. I only have 8 plants .
