    A guy on the radio said they made exactly the same mistake last year, he complained about it and was told it wouldn't happen again. Sounds like a fairly typical council error though. They employ a guy around here to ride a quad bike at high speed up and down the streets, including on the pavements, spraying weedkiller with gay abandon.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
