What l want can grow a rose from seeds everyone is selling seeds nowdays

    You can grow roses from seeds. They do not always come true to type for a species, and any grown from hybrid seed such as you see in garden, is not likely to be the same as the parent. If you want the same as the parent, you take hard wood cuttings in winter.
