Tomato stakes

Hi all, I have some san marzano and other cordon tomatoes in pots in the middle of my garden. The bamboo stakes that I put in when potting up have started to fall, is there anything that I can do to stop them from falling over completely?

    You need to put the stakes in the ground rather than the pot or you can bang a post in either end, tie strings across and string your canes to those.

    I go for a tripod set up with canes. Tied at the top. Seems to work.

    Or you can restake them with longer, sturdier stakes. I had to do it the other day. You need to be careful you don't disturb the root structure too much.

    Yep I got 8 ft long steel stakes covered in green plastic so won't rust 4 for £8 fromWilkos.. but they work..You can Train them along something or up a pergola even..Had my Gardners Delight up to 1ft 6 inches last year..But sadly this year the pergola died lol..So about 8 ft high currently and will train them along fence this time..
