How on earth do I screen this? If its even possible.

Hi guys!
So across the back built a nice tall fence couple of years ago, great gave us both privicy.
Last year against the fence he put a swimming pool.
So this is now the second year of the new privicy problem.
I dont mind the noise, I even put up with getting splashed if they jump in but I cant take the frequent watching me in my garden/hanging over the fence, the frequent questions.
We had solved that when the fence went up.
Now as you can see screening solution needs to be quite tall.
I was thinking a planter & bamboo. (Ive done alot of reading & reaserch on bamboo)
Just wondering if anyone else has some ideas?
Im also prepared to accept defeat & hope they get bored of the pool.

Something like these https://tatertotsandjello.com/15-outdoor-privacy-screen-pergola-ideas/
or this with a trellis panel across the back https://www.keengardener.co.uk/forest-garden-dining-pergola.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=FORE-DINPERGHD&gclid=EAIaIQobChMItu-4gaCz3AIVbpPtCh22WQtHEAQYBSABEgJfUPD_BwE
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I didn't have my glasses on first time I looked at the photos but have just realised that the two blurred out areas are, in fact, bathers!
Edited to add - though they appear clothed
yeah I blurred them out, they were fully clothed & wandering around. It was more for the scale of the issue.
I’ll look into the trellis/pergola options too.
They don’t cover the pool in winter in fact he didn’t even clean it before they went in it this year
i did did think of a giant parasol, it would screen them a little & keep me dry.
Don't get me started on him flying his drone above & in my garden
