I put mine out after I had put them in pots, I’ve never know any pests on them. I’ve got established ones from a few years before but never anything on them. I would pot those into proper pots and put outside as soon as you can.
Yes - get them out into the fresh air and let them grow on over the next month or so. You can probably pot them on again later, and they'll be decent enough sized plants before winter. Just keep them in a sheltered spot for now, out of the full glare of the sun. They need to be a bit bigger before they can deal with that easily
