Plant ID please (poss a succulent?)

Just bought this and no-one on the stall knew what it was.I collect succulents but am not familiar with this one.Anyone got any ideas please!

    Could be crassula ovata....also known as jade tree or money tree.

    Thank you but I know it is definitely not that but may indeed be a Crassula of some sort  :)

    They could be Sedum Praealtum. A frost hardy shrubby plant.

    Praealatum looks right to me but dendroideum is similar and is more tender. Also see confusum and kimnachii but I don't think it's one of those. It looks a bit leggy so might change its looks a bit as it settles down. I'd treat it as semi-hardy or tender until you're sure what it is.

    Have checked the differences between S.Dendroideum and praealtum and am going with the latter.I already have confusum and kimnachii so know its not one of them!
    As you say it is a bit leggy but that will rectify itself.
    Pleased I have this now as it is not always easy to find or is expensive (I only paid £1 for this one so pretty happy!).

    Sounds like a good buy whatever it is. I don't suppose you know anywhere that sells Sedum multiceps do you? I'm having trouble finding one.

    If you haven't already got it by the way The Plant Lover's Guide to Sedums by Brent Horvath is a really useful book to have.
