my honey suckle shrub has been growin well until a couple of days ago anyone got any hints

    That looks like broom to me [Genista] not a shrubby honeysuckle.   :)
    If so, they do like dry poor conditions, but it's possibly just become dehydrated due to  the recent weather. Difficult for it to take up enough moisture to keep all the growth going. It's quite a big plant. I'd give it a really thorough drink and the same again in a day or two. The brown bits probably won't recover, so you could prune them out, but wait until it's perked up.
    That's my best guess - someone may have more or better info  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Yeah, not a shrubby honeysuckle. If it's a broom, I think I've read that they're not very long lived shrubs and need replacing after a few years. That one looks quite large. How long have you had it?

    Cut back by one third after flowering. Not too late to do it now.

    Just to ad, when Joyce says cut back by one third, that means take out one third of the stalks right down to the ground, the oldest stalks, not reduce a 3’ plant down to 2’.
