Advice please

My plant looks like it’s dying, can anyone advice me please what I can do to save it? I was thinking to re pot to larger one, and maybe cut the lower branches? Does it look like it has a disease?

Are there any bits of green in the centre?

  • I can’t see any green, only a darker shade of red, I have taken another picture of the root area

2 things.  That pot is way too small for the size of that plant and there should not be roots visible at the surface.

Try giving it a good 5 litres a day to see if it improves and then give it a much bigger pot - wider and deeper and filled with John Innes no 3 compost.  Remove badly damaged leaves and make sure you keep it watered regularly and fed every spring.
