what-is-this-plant

i found a fern type plant growing in a pot it grew about 6 inches that winter it developed  a thick stem so we planted in the garden and this year it turned into a two foot high plant with daisy type flowers what would be the name of this plant i cant find it in any of my books

    Sounds like what we used to call Dog Daisies. Leucanthemum vulgare. That has fern like feathery leaves and whote diasy flowers. Or of course it could also be Feverfew, Tanacetum parthenium.

    or one of those things that's related to chrysanthemums that are grown in pots.

    can't remember what it's called Stacey.filigree blue/green leaves, daisyflowers, seen them in GCs. may be called .........themum

    ..be nice if people told us the colour of the flowers....I mean....give us a clue like...image

    ...as it sounds hardy, perhaps it's an Anthemis... as this one of mine developed in similar fashion...

    ..hope you like it, even if it isn't...
