bees

i have let my globe artichoke go to flower , they have a lovely bright blue flower that attracts bees , they love it , but i have just read that the flower is toxic to them even tho thy love it , should i cut them off.

    people can and do eat the globes of  globe artichoke.  boil and serve with butter. Yum.

    bees roll about withtheir legs waving in Eryngium giganteum. It's not toxic. they're just tired and emotional
