Are these weeds?

Hi. Could you please help me identify these plants? Are all 3 weeds. They are growing in clumps which makes me suspicious someone planted them there.

    1st 2 im 100% sure are weeds (dock leaves?) 3rd one I'm 90% sure is.

    Top one looks like dock gone to seed, and I think the last one is willow herb?

    I think number two is also a willow herb.

    Could they be a type of Salvia?

    Quick! Get those seeds off in a confined space, you’ll never get rid of them.😱
    i don’t know about picture 3, but the 1st two certainly get rid. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
