Pieris in pot brown leaves

Hi, I have asked this question on another post, perhaps inactive so I'm hoping a new one is ok..  Got a Pieris flaming silver on a medium size pot  which I bought and repoted in May with ericaceous compost, added Empathy ericaceous bio fertilizer in may and as summer progressed I have moved a couple of time to a more shade side, in almost full shade at the moment but the plant has developed brown leaves ...is a hot summer and I'm watering every 3 days. Any advice? plz.

I don't grow them, but to me the leaf damage looks like sun-scorch. It seems most apparent at the front and top of the plant. Dappled shade is best if you have any in this hot sunny weather (at least where I am)
I don't think the pot is big enough, but other than that it looks a healthy plant

Thx Pete8, that's way I moved it from partial Shade (morning until +- 2pm) to full shade but bright reflection from wall while is hot although I don't know if is enough... Funny thing is that those leave turned brown short after that. I'm afraid you could be right about the pot but it is a little bigger than the nursery one, bedside people grow trees in pots right? I do wonder about watering cause some suggest to let it dry before watering to avoid root disease while others suggested lack of water. :-\

Peris come from woodland areas - so that's what you're trying to re-create for your plant.
Trees are often grown in pots, but if the pot isn't big enough the tree will suffer and die. It's a lovely pot - but it's not big enough
    Best of luck!

I have a similar problem with my Pieris Forest Flame. Good sized pot, ericaceous compost and fed in May with azalea food. Well-watered but leaves going brown. It is already in dappled shade. However I have noted that I forgot to raise the pot on 'legs' so I am wondering if poor drainage was the cause? I have just raised the pot and perhaps that will do the trick.
