looks like flee beetle

Hi does any one know how to get rid of the flee beetle ? they are on my turnip and radish seedlings , the leaves look like lace curtains and they are the first two true leaves and iv'e just managed to get them to germinate in this warm weather so I look to the experts on here for help please ! atb DD

    A piece of yellow cardboard, smeared with vaseline(white soft paraffin) If you drag it over young seedlings, the flea beetles jump and stick on the vaseline.
