Help with peach tree please

We have a patio peach tree in a large pot in the greenhouse. Every year lots of fruit set but do not grow to any decent size and are dry and un-eatable. This year I have ruthlessly thinned the fruit out, watering well and feeding with tomatorite. Again they don’t seem to be growing larger. Suggestions and advice please.

    We are in the NE of Scotland so it lives in the greenhouse all year round, it is pretty hot and humid in there but does get watered regularly.
