Growing Wisteria as a T-piece
HI Guys
I've bought a wisteria "floribunda alba" which I intend to train across my fence as a T shape. I bought a fantastic plant with two very strong main leaders which I was going to use as the T shape. The problem is it fell over before planting and snapped one of the main leaders off.
Now will it throw up another shoot that I can train as the other part to the T? Or will it shoot from the broken leader?
I've posted a picture of a fab wisteria we've seen that we'd like to copy :-)
The first picture is our new wisteria. The second is what we'd like to achieve.
Many thanks
Paul
