Achillea - do different coloured varieties naturalise

I have just bought three different coloured achillea and am about to plant them in a clump together when I wondered if they would all end up the same colour in years to come?

    Not in my experience but they do cross with the native white one if you have any of that around

    Hi, not in my experience of planting different colours in the same garden. I do have some self seeded and they are coming up the colour of the closest plant. 
    Id be interested if anyone says the opposite though.  It’s one of my favourite plants, but I like definite colours. I don’t like the mixed ones at all. I did have summer pastels and found the colour combinations too worrying and had to give it away.  
    Why do you want to plant them in a clump? I’d be inclined to give them more space.

    That's encouraging - I'll give it a try.  Decided on a clump because space is limited.  Went to Hampton Court and got carried away...... bought far too many and am now struggling to fit them all in!

    This is my second year of achillea and they have all come back their expected colours, red, yellow and a pink.

    they have also tried to take over the border but are adding height x
