A very satisfying job done!

Bit the bullet this afternoon and removed the Boston Ivy which has been causing problems (and possibly more in the future) on the side of my house. Last year it grew in my bedroom window at the front.
Was a bit easier than I thought, tugged gently on the stems and they came away right up to the gutter. It was also just beginning to grow under the tiles on the front porch.Quite a relief to get it done as it was beginning to worry me.
So hot working out there I must have lost a few pounds too!!!

That’s a good job done then, if something worries you, you have to do what you have to do!.

And in this heat! Well done. I have an ongoing skirmish with ivy, but thankfully nothing on that scale.
