honeysuckle plug plants

YnneadYnnead Posts: 250
Hello I just received my l. periclymenum plug plants from britishwild flower plants. Do the plants look ok? Some of the leaves have white stuff on almost like mould. In the picture I've put them in a pot until they recover from the trip.

Honeysuckle is very prone to powdery mildew. They are too small to plant out so keep potting them on as they grow.
As to the mildew it seems very bad this year but there are sprays you can use or milk/water mix.
Few posts on here so just search for mildew

Thanks for the reply. I emailed the supplier who said its due to their water being hard from their borehole irrigation. He said to let him know if I lose any so seems fair.

Fair enough, if they guarantee to replace them. Mine came a little wilted, but soon recovered with plenty of watering.
