Plant ID please?

Hi all,

Could anyone tell me what this plant is, please? The foliage looks a bit weedy to me, but it’s very pretty! It’s growing in my mother’s garden.

    It looks like the pink form of Purple Loosestrife, Lythrum salicaria. A native plant and good for insects. A noxious weed when it grows in in the USA, but perfectly well behaved in this country.
