    Crocosmia!  Love them.   Had quite a few in my last garden but none here yet.

    Well, thank you All for your posts.  I see lots of you like this plant even it does go crazy.  I love the orange flowers.  I keep it under control by division and give lots to friends too.

    I have lots of different varieties. Lovely late summer flowers but don't let them out of your (or your friends') garden because they are a problem if they go feral

  • I burn the corms I dig out, I class it as a pernicious weed it is so invasive.

    My Lucifer is also just coming out, gorgeous as I planted it in a bed along the top of a 3ft stone wall. In the evening the sun shines through the flowers which make then look as if they are on fire. A very happy mistake.

    I read that as " My Lucifer is also coming out" Whew!!!!
