Silver queen pittosporum

All the leaves went dry and fell off my plant (it’s in a pot). The stems however are strong and haven’t change, not in colour or strength. I thought it was because my dog had used it too regularly for a wee but they are supposed to withstand this?!
The one in my garden is beautiful and very hardy. Any ideas? Should I cut the stems back or just leave rose if they come back? It’s bedn about 5 weeks now and no sign at all.

If you dog has been using it as a urinal, then it's probably had it. I'm not aware of any plants that would withstand a dog regularly peeing on them
I could join the brown dots on my lawn where mine has a wee and kills the grass.

That plant is deceased, no more, dead. Sorry.
