Horse chestnut leaves

Hi, newbie here but I wondered if anyone had any ideas what this might be ? It covers all of the tree and is the same on 2 others in my garden. I've only just moved in so not sure if it's been a problem in previous years.

Oh no,I noticed this myself yesterday on a v mamatu specimen on a steep slope making leaf capture quite hard. but I'll have a go 😀 might be easier if fall is earlier than others.

i've already notices some of the leaves are dropping. Not done any research yet but this looks like it might help too
