    Kathy

Pay 2 Big Hairy Boys to come along and dig up your path and then you can start again and create something wonderful

It may cost @ £200 but spread over the next few years thats still a good investment

No one wants the job, that's the problem! Next door won't like it either, it would go on her side!  Heaven forbid dust goes on her lawn

Kathy.............sorry to hear about your situation. May I politely and helpfully suggest that if you have an allotment site nearby that you can join it would get rid of all your challenges.
Nice people , good conversation , fresh soil and no Concrete.

you can grow veg and tall flowers to your hearts content

However if you are not near one then the suggestions above will help

    Sincerely good luck lady

It took me 2 years on the waiting list but got there eventually. If you know someone who has one they may let you work there as an associate member to prove your worth

The difference between the difficult and the impossible is that the impossible takes a little longer time.

Don't get me wrong, my garden is lovely, I'd like a bit more privacy. I think we will put a trellis fence, waiting for the moans from shade! Her fence is rubbish.

This is one area, taken a few weeks ago, it's the other side that's the problem

Apologies ...from your original post it sounded like you were a Newby who was wanting basic assistance.
Best to get your neighbour transplanted
