A few here, can you help please? The first is a foxglove, but what is the name of it?
Is this Ammi Visnaga?
Is this wild chicory?
This is a poppy, does anyone know the name of this variety?
Are these both cornflowers and why the different colours?
Lastly what is this "weed" growing in our wild flower patch?

Looks like Chicory (Cichorium intybus)
The poppy looks like Papaver somniferum 'Red Pompom' ;(Opium Poppy), very variable and cross-pollinate readily . Different forms appear every year in my garden !
Cornflowers (Centaurea cyanus) are annuals , and come in all colours .
The last one looks like Plantago major (Broadleaf Plantain) , a weed to some , but not to others .
Snap ! (nearly).
Forgot about pic. no 2 !!!
