Hosta's in pots

Red mapleRed maple Posts: 1,138
To all who replied to my query back in April, I thought I'd give you a quick update. I'm pleased to say, on following your advice, I successfully divided the hosta plant given to me into 3 separate plants and put them into pots. All three are doing well and two have flower buds on them. So, thank you for your help.

Would live to post a photo, but not sure how to!
  • Fire and Ice hosta.

Mine has just come into flower. Lovely lavender flowers combine beautifully with the white and green leaves. Having almost lost it, moved it, and more tlc, it is recovering and making new leaves than goodness.

Yes, that sounds like my hostas. They, too, have pretty lavender flowers that are just opening out with leaves that are green in the centre and a greeny white edge.
    Lovely, aren’t they?
