Does it attract cats to the plant?

Not mine, strangely. They couldn’t care less for it! Other cats visiting don’t seem to tamper with it either, maybe because it’s in a raised bed, growing through a rosa mutabilis?

Right now, it's my thistles- Cirsium rivulare. Each flower seems to have a bumblebee at all times.
