Disease on rose

The stems on my roses are bendy and are brown? Seems to be a disease of some sort. Can someone please help identify and suggest remedies? Thanks!

    Rose canker?

    Looks like Sawfly damage. Check your plant thoroughly and prune off the affected areas.
