Have you got it in strong sunlight. They don't like it

Que?   My Aloevera lived happily in the hot Spanish sunshine! Are they a different type in the UK?

Probably but I haven't a clue. Mine went brown until I moved it out of direct sunlight and then it went green again.
I put it on a south facing window thinking it was like a cactus.
I was similarly surprised at how much water a fig tree needs. The ignorant are constantly surprised ;)

  • Yaa they are under sunshine. I will try to move them away from sunshine. Fingers crossed

I'd go back to basics and start again with them. Take them out of the pot and remove the old soil to check for bugs. Remove any dead or dying leaves. Repot with a suitable succulent soil mix in a terracotta or breathable pot with a good thick gravel layer on top. Keep them in bright light but out of the sun until they recover then put them back on a sunny window cill. Succulents, for the most part, thrive in the sun so if they're not then you have problems. Some like more indirect bright light though so find out what you have, what it likes and then you can give it the right conditions along with the right watering and feeding regime. Your aloe might turn out to be a haworthia for example and they don't do as well in hot sun.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
