privet hedge not growing, leaves discolored and falling off, bare spots

    Did we find the answer? My whole 160 foot hedge looks like this. :neutral:
    I ended up spraying the hedge with Need Oil and that seemed to work. It took a while to recover. It looks fine now. I used a hand pump sprayer with 2 tbl of Neem per gallon of water.

    If you have a large hedge, you may want to invest in a Fogmaster Jr 5330. Prices vary but they often have them at Walmart for $70. This will create a fog and fully coat the leaves on all sides. It also uses less product because it is an ultra-fine mist. Allot of it ends up on the ground with a hand sprayer.
