What are people using as supports for Floribunda roses mine are so heavy they are hitting the ground, this year they are so many roses on each stem that they can't support themselves.

    Depends on your budget.
Spare cash? You can but sone lovely wrought iron rose frames.
    Not much cash? Plastic frames.
No cash? Bamboo canes and string.

All the above should really be in place before your rose flowers

Can I use the same frames for Peonies, they have also been tall and leggy this year, is it the wet winter.

You can get special peony frames like an upside down cone, again they are best placed even before your peony grows as turn your back and they are 2ft high when they were 6 inches yesterday!
Cheapest I have found are the rose obelisk type you put together yourself, they come in different heights and they look good all year round.
Just search rose obelisk on Amazon for ideas

Thank you K67 I have just bought two quite sturdy metal obelisks from Argos for £12.99 for the pair reduced from £17.99. Easy to put  together with the odd cuss word from me and my other half as I mixed the parts up.  😤😤😂😂
