Fushia

SonnieBSonnieB Posts: 124
I have been looking after this plant since April thinking it was my fushia sproating back to life after the awful winter.....

It has now grown to this.....

I now suspect I have been cultivating a weed for the last 2months. Am I right ....

Only the bit with the pink flower is a weed, the other is the fuchsia, well done, she’ll look lovely later.  Pull the weed out ASAP.

Yes, carefully pull out the willowherb with the little pink flower  ... the rest is fuchsia ... the leaves do look a bit similar don't they?

Yes they do, this was why I was confused. I am so relieved. Thank you so much @Dovefromabove and @Lyn   This gardening melarky gets you very emotional over  plants.  When I saw it sproating again I was so happy until I saw those pink flowers......
