Any benefits to planting these now?

hi, I’m looking for some advice as a very novice gardener. I have found these packs at home which say plant from April onwards. Obviously should have planted in spring but if I plant them now would they have a chance of flowering this year?

    It depends on the state of them.
    If they are still firm and not shrivelled or wizened you might be in with a chance, at least of them surviving to flower next year.
    If they have sprouted and the sprouts/roots have died then I would say forget it.
    If they do look ok, then give them a soak for an hour or so to rehydrate and then pot up.
    They will need tlc thereafter.

    Thank you both, they have sprouted a little but still look intact and not too shrivelled so will soak and plant, and see what happens!

    I have a similar question about foxgloves. Mine got so slugged they barely made it through. I now have little plants that won't flower as they are too small. Is there a chance that if I keep them, they will flower next year instead?

    Fire, They will flower next year, keep potting them on, they’ll stand a better chance if you get them big first, plant out next March. They won’t need to be kept inside for the winter. 
    You can put just 2/3 slug pellets in the pot, that won’t harm anything, except 🐌 and slugs.

    Assume you mean the Begonia and dahlia, it will, if nothing else, build up the tuber and corms for next years growing.
