    It looks like Philadelphus shrub, Mock Orange.

    You beat me to it Borderline  :). one of the Philadelphus ... we might be able to say which when the buds open.  :)

    It does look like a Philadelphus. It should have a lovely strong sweet scent if it is a mock orange.
