Buxus Blight? Lack of sunlight? Watering?

Hi all, I have several Buxus Balls (no sniggering!) in wooden containers which I  look after - however I'm only at this garden once a week. I'm assured that they get a regular watering. When I'm there I give them 6 litres of water each - they're about the size of a Beach Ball (maybe 1.5ft high). I gave them a feed of BF & B a few weeks back. Please see attached images - any thoughts?

    Lack of sun light?  Do you rotate them weekly?

    Box grows in shade quite happily, so sunlight isn't a huge factor, but it could be animal urine - something marking it's territory. Is it only one that's affected?
    Wind damage and lack of water are also possibilites. Have you checked to see if the soil/compost is moist around the roots? If they get quite a bit of sun, they may well have dried out so much that water isn't penetrating well. Some might be exposed more than the others too.
    If it is blight [and I'm not familiar with it] it's a much bigger problem. Good air flow and quite drastic pruning may be needed. Easier when they're potted specimens though.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Morning guys. Thank you for your responses and advice. I haven't rotated them, if I did then they'd be pretty ugly for a good while as the Buxus are nearly all affected with some form of die-back. Would a Buxus feed of some sort help - I've never tried it? Can anyone definitely rule out Blight?
