Should I move Tess of the D back into dappled shade?

Tess  was doing fine  in a partially shaded  spot but she was getting in the way.
So I moved her in an east facing bed where she gets a lot of hot  sun to see how  she'd do.
The new  leaves  are  red at first  - that's fine  but then they turn a khaki  colour.
I've posted a photo but it's not much good  as the colour looks greener.
She's still in a large  container so we can move her if necessary

In my last garden Tess did much better when I moved her to a south facing position so we could take down her trellis to let a mini bulldozer thru.   The trellis was north south so she was planted facing west but with sun and wind form the east and clearly didn't like it.

I parked her in a big pot for that year and then, after seeing how well she did against a south facing wall, I planted her out in the garden facing south but with a windbreak behind her.   Happy rose.

So that would be even hotter than mine. It must be something else. I think I'll give her a feed and see what happens.
    Thanks Ob :)

I suspect it's cold wind rather than hot sun and maybe the soil was richer both in the pot and in the final planting place which was in former cow pasture and very fertile.

There is nothing wrong with your rose, the khaki colouration is quite normal.. very healthy looking rose in a good position by the looks of things..

Thanks Malorena. I'm glad to hear it. The container is awful heavy!
I suppose the khaki is the transition from red to green.
