Cutting back spring flowering bulbs - OK to do now?

I have some narcissus falconet in the front garden that put on a splendid display in April and May. They're now looking a bit of a mess, but the foliage hasn't started to die back yet. Will cutting it back now affect flowering next year? It's the first year these bulbs have been in the ground, having lifted the turf last autumn.

They still look very green don't they? I usually wait until they go yellow and then they pull away very easily.
I'd leave them to build up the bulb, especially as it's their first year in the ground.

I agree with Kitty, athough it is annoying to have to wait. The usual rule of  thumb is to wait 6 weeks after flowering, though I must confess I don't always stick to that.
