Weed/plant ID

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to work out what this suspected weed is in one of my flowerbeds. It is tough to pull out so I'm leaning more towards it being an invasive weed etc. If anyone has any ideas it'd be much appreciated. All of these photos are from the same plant:

    Yes, Berghill is right. I had it ID'd on the forum a few years ago, hoiked it right out, and I'm still finding it pops up every year.
    Try to snip off every seed head carefully (bag & bin them) to avoid spreading any before you pull out the mother plant.

    Thanks for the input @Berghill and @Kitty 2. I will do as you suggest and remove the seed heads first. I had a feeling it was a bad one due to how tough it is to pull out!
