Moving plants

When is a good time to move a Salix Caprea Kilmarnock, a Cornus alba Elegantissima and a Cornus Flaviramea? They were all planted at the same time, 2 years ago and doing well, but I've planted too close for the space available.
It is best now when the flower is growing-but might be too stressful for them as they are so leafy, or is it best when the leaves have fallen about October time?
I'll move them into the front garden where they will have more space and more sun.T hanks for your advice.

I agree, autumn is the best time for moving.  Dig and prepare your planting holes before you dig them up to reduce the amount of time out of the ground, and make sure they're well watered before and after transplantation.
    Good luck 😊.
