Plants
my echinacea seedlings have been very slow in germinating and i am wondering if it is too late to plant them out.
I live in Scotland and to be honest I probably only have 6-8 weeks left! can i overwinter seedlings like this or not?

If you have slug problems I would pot it on, slugs can make short work of small plants

Yes, you can overwinter that. A cold frame will be fine so long as you can keep the slugs off, as they love the new shoots.
