Problem with yucca/palm??

Hello got a few issues with a yucca, hoping for some help. It's one big plant with there smaller off shots and the list below covers all 4 plants.
I have added pictures to help show the issues.
Any help would be great fully appreciated. All I can think is maybe water related or because of the two snow days devon had this year.
A) not sure what plant it is I think it may be a red star
the new leaves are coming out crinkled
C) yellow patches on leaves
D) white speckles on new leaves
E) doesn't look like any new leaves are going to come
F) new leaves are torn or split
G) there is a new growth coming out of one of two smaller ones
Can I fix any off these problems or has the plant given up and is on its way out?
