Where to plant hybrid tea roses

We bought some hybrid tea Roses and I was wondering where the best location is to plant them and what growing conditions they prefer. Would I be able to grow them.alongside a garden fence with other bush plants or do they need more light than this?

They do need a decent amount of light and are usually grown in open beds. But, having sent that I have a red one growing at the foot of a wall among other plants!
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I don't know if this saying still stands for modern roses, but hybrid tea ones like to be a bit apart from each other (say, 3 feet) as they need air flowing around them to prevent diseases like blackspot and rust to which they are particularly prone, and also to allow the roots to go properly so that the plants do not get stunted.
