when should I move my camellia tree

my 3 ft tree has stopped flowering, I think it might flower in a sunnier spot

    Camellias form their flower buds during the summer before they should flower.
    If they don't get enough water at this time, then no buds.
    Rain may not always be enough, you may need to water it.
    A sunnier spot may make things worse!
