    Where are they planted, have they been in a greenhouse or polytunnel until recently? It may be heat stress hard to tell from here.

    White rust, I have had it on runner beans it didn't do too much harm to the plants, try removing the affected leaves, it used to be a big problem for chrysanthemum growers.
